Add quick settings to notifications
One of its most notable new features is the possibility of adding quick configuration options to the notifications screen, so you can better access them whenever you want. Now the screens are separate, but you can still do something to merge quick panel and notifications into one.
To do this you just have to go to quick panel by sliding down from the upper right corner of the screen and click on Edit. Click on Panel Settings. In the notifications and quick settings view, choose the Together option.

New clock styles on the lock screen
The lock screen has new clock styles that adapt to you because you can choose the one you like best. In reality, we can find two new watch styles on the lock screen, which are also animated.
Thus, there are 10 watch styles from which you can choose, with the possibility of change its color, font and size to personalize them even more. Additionally, you can show or not show the information weather and clock date.
Easier access to applications
One of the new features that comes with this new layer is its vertical design for app drawervery different from what we had seen so far. With it, you can scroll down a single page to access apps on your Samsung Galaxy. This new vertical layout is activated by default so that you get to the apps you want faster, although you can return to the horizontal layout if you wish.
The search bar is now located at the bottom and you can change the size of the icons, disable app labels and activate widget labels. It also lets you adjust the layout of the app drawer and home screen by choosing between 4 and 5 columns.
New camera app
One of the great news that comes with One UI 7 is its new redesigned camera app with new controls, buttons and modes so you can get to what matters most to you sooner. On the other hand, it offers you a clearer view than you see when you take a photo or the video is recording, although we will have to wait to try it to see how good it is.
Another of its great improvements is found in the Pro mode, which is renewed to facilitate the use of manual controls and comes with a new zoom speed control for this mode.
New models will enjoy Now Bar
It’s the new one toolbar for lock screen with Google Maps widgets, music player and other apps, although yes, it is not available for all mobile phones but for the most recent Samsung Galaxy, it probably will not even appear on the Galaxy S24, although we hope it will reach more models.
