The Vengeance family of RAM memories is one of the manufacturer’s most emblematic. Included in the mid-range of its catalogue, these memories have always stood out for their excellent performance/price ratio, but also for the striking design, and it is not in vain that they are almost always their top sellers. Now, corsair just announced the family update Vengeance RGBwith RAM memory kits CUDIMM DDR5 with speeds up to 9,200MHz and a renewed design.
Through a press release, Corsair has notified us of the immediate availability of these renewed Corsair Vengeance RGB RAM memories, available in capacities of up to 96 GB and with initial speeds that reach 9,200 MHz (well, MT/s), but be careful fact because they have also said that very soon they will be available in even faster kits.
As you already know, CUDIMM memories are optimized for Intel’s new Z890 platform and the latest Intel Core Ultra 200 processors, but don’t worry if you don’t have one of these because they are backward compatible with all platforms that use DDR5 memory.
The new Corsair Vengeance RGB arrives, now CUDIMM
CUDIMM stands for “Clocked Unbuffered Dual In-line Module”, which stands for clocked, unbuffered dual in-line memory module. A bummer that in the end what it implies is that they are more stable memories and thanks to this they support much higher frequencies than standard UDIMM modules, but they are based on the same DDR5 architecture and do not require anything additional, which is why they are perfectly compatible with any system that uses DDR5 RAM.
The renewal of this product family begins with the launch of the CUDIMM Corsair Vengeance RGB modules, which are distinguished from the previous generation by their elegant mirror-effect silver finish (some would say iridescent), which brings an elegant aesthetic to the time striking. They are complemented by a lighting bar with 10 individually configurable RGB LEDs, and thanks to it the lighting now extends not only from above, but also from the sides. Remember that these memory modules are configurable with iCUE, Corsair’s unified software, but they also work with any RGB software on motherboards.
As with the rest of Corsair’s DDR5 RAM memories, these RAMs are manufactured with hand-sorted memory chips that go through strict control to guarantee the best possible stability even with frequencies as high as those 9,200 MHz that we mentioned at the beginning. . Despite their speed, they do not need active cooling to stay at a good temperature, since their passive aluminum heatsinks have more than enough.
Price and availability
The new Corsair Vengeance RGB CUDIMM are now available in the manufacturer’s online store, and will not take long to reach the usual stores where Corsair products are sold, such as Amazon or PcComponentes.
Within their website we can find different memory kits that start from the usual 32 GB (2×16 GB) to 96 GB (2×48 GB), and with speeds ranging from 8,200 to 9,200 MHz, although as we have said Soon they will be available with higher speeds.
As for the price, it depends on the kit chosen, but for example you have a 48 GB kit at 8,400 MHz with a price of 383.99 euros.
