New technologies represent a challenge for many companies. Being able to offer the best possible performance, for example in terms of artificial intelligence, is not something easy, and that is why Intel seems to be really proud of what they have achieved, in addition to everything that is yet to come. During the CESin addition to presenting various new features, Intel wanted to show how its processors manage to offer exceptional performance, something that we can see in its Keynote 2025 starting at 5:30 p.m.
Being the most important event at the beginning of the year, Intel has prepared a series of new features that we can see throughout the CES, among them we can find details about the balance that the processors have had. Core Ultra 200Vwhile we will also learn aspects about the new CPUs that the company has prepared. And in addition to recounting the journey that has led them to have some of the best processors for tasks related to artificial intelligence, the company also wants to reveal what the performance of some of its new models will be like.
Intel shows the advantage that its processors offer in AI
Artificial intelligence has managed to become one of the technologies that has had the greatest influence in the computing sector in just a few years; many of the advances that companies have made were aimed at offering the most advanced hardware for it. And obviously Intel is not a brand that has been left behind in this aspect, mainly because one of the premises they had for their new generation of processors was to offer users the ability to use the full potential of artificial intelligence.
In this aspect, the company has taken stock of its specialized processors for these cases, the Core Ultra 200V, which they themselves call the most efficient x86 processor created, compared to previous generations of both their own and their main competitors. But at the same time, they also highlight that this does not imply that they are models that have low performance, since performance related to AI they also mention how their models have really high power, managing to offer platforms with a total of 120 TOPS.
Among other things, they also make it clear that they have a lot of support, offering support for both FP16 and INT8, optimization designed for all types of software, an industry-leading AI development program, and compatibility with almost 99% of applications destined for AI.
The new Core Ultra models won’t take too long to arrive
Although the brand largely wants to show us how good their processors are in artificial intelligence, it is not the only thing they have prepared, since they will also allow us to see a preview of what their new processors, the Core Ultra 200H and 200HX, will offer us. . This will be the first time we will see these CPUs in action, but very soon we will be able to have them with us, since one of the key aspects we should know about these processors is that practically all of them will arrive in the coming months.
In this case, the brand will present the various models along with the systems that will incorporate them, highlighting that we will see all of them during the first three months of the year, and that is that the Ultra 200v, HX, H, U and S for commercial use will arrive this same month as indicated by the company along with the Core Ultra 200S for desktop. On the other hand, we will also see the models Core Ultra 200HX in portable systems at the end of the first quarter of the year, as well as the 200H for light and extremely portable computers that would arrive at the beginning of this same quarter.
