PicoFlix is the new projector from the manufacturer JMGO that has just been launched on the market. JMGO is a veteran projector manufacturer and this new model represents an important leap in terms of the models it already offered on the market and that stands out especially for several aspects that we show you below.
New PicoFlix projector from JMGO
If we talk about the PicoFlix projector, we are talking about a compact design projector designed to be carried in a backpack that measures 24 cm long with 8 cm in diameter and has a weight of 1.3 kg. The body is made of a aluminum alloy in intense black, so it offers much greater resistance than other portable projectors made of plastic that, at the first change, breaks.
This projector offers a 127-degree adjustment range and can be placed on any surface to focus the image at any angle by simply rotating the lens. Real-time image correction is responsible for adjusting the image to enjoy the best possible quality.
The JMGO PicoFlix features an LED light source with 450 ANSI lumens is compatible with Full HD resolution without rescaling and is capable of creating projections up to 180 inches. Inside, there is Google TVso it is not necessary to send the content from another device to access Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video or any other platform.
As a good projector worth its salt, it has an intelligent system of automatic keystone correction which adjusts the image in less than a second, so the user does not need to waste time adjusting the lens or the position of the projector to avoid any type of distortion.
In addition, it has the Auto Screen Fitting function to align the image with the screen and Smart Eye Protection technology to reduce brightness when it detects the presence of people or animals on the light source that projects the image.
This projector, in addition to being extremely light, is also designed to always be carried with you by incorporating a battery that offers a maximum of 4.5 hours of playtime usage. The PicoFlix has 3 modes: Eco, Standard and Augmented. The main difference between these modes is the level of brightness it is capable of offering. So that charging the battery is not an ordeal, it is compatible with fast charging supporting a maximum of 65W through a USB-C port.
Price and availability
JMGO’s new projector, PicoFlix is now available on the market for 599 euros. Although it is true that its price is somewhat high compared to other models, if you are looking for a projector with an autonomy of up to 5 hours and an image quality that only this manufacturer offers, you will not find a better option on the market.
